Warehouse Administrator at Benders in Bålsta

Benders Group is one of the leading manufacturers in the construction sector in the Nordic region. The Bålsta facility is one of Northern Europe's most modern concrete paving stone factories with a very high degree of automation. The facility is also one of Europe's most productive plants for concrete roof tiles. Bålsta is home to Benders' largest central warehouse.

About 60 employees work in production and warehousing in Bålsta.

Together, we produce approximately 75,000 concrete roof tiles and 4,000 square meters of paving stones per shift. During peak season, we dispatch around 80-100 trucks per day and load about 500 trains a year - and now we need reinforcement for our warehouse!

Main Responsibilities

As a warehouse administrator, you will be the spider in the web of our operations together with your colleagues in the warehouse expedition. You will be the contact person for our freight forwarders who pick up goods, and you will partially direct our loaders for efficient and smooth loading, where it is not uncommon to have over a hundred truck loadings per day. You will administer orders and customs handling, etc.

During the low season, you will assist in our warehouse yard with various activities to improve for the upcoming season, including warehouse relocation using a forklift. Other common warehouse tasks will also occur.

Who are we looking for?

We value personal suitability and commitment and therefore do not set any specific requirements for vocational training, but we are looking for you with the right attitude and drive! Experience from previous work with administrative tasks, such as order management, is an advantage, as is practical experience in warehouse management.

As a person, you are responsible and show respect for others. You are a social team player who puts the team before yourself. You are meticulous and efficient and keep order around you. As the pace is high, you need to be stress-resistant and able to handle many things at once.

Requirements for the position:

• Minimum AM driving license
• Forklift license for counterbalance forklift B1 and driving experience
• Generally good computer skills
• Good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing

Other conditions

The position is a fixed-term employment with the possibility of extension. Working hours are full-time, daytime 07:00-16:00. Start date as soon as possible by agreement.
